This programme aims to equip students with theories about Marxist economics, modern economics and global economy, basic knowledge and skills about international trade, understandings about the current development of global economy and trade, including rules and practices and China’s policies on international trade, and understandings about social and economic development in other countries and regions. Students are expected to grow into professional talents who are able to work in the departments of foreign economics and trade, enterprises and government organizations for business, management, industrial research and planning.
